No one likes to be faced with unexpected or unpleasant surprises. Therefore, when PortingXS enters into a contract, it provides a number of standard services through which status information can be obtained at any given time. An access code for logging into PortingXS’s website via our extranet functionality is standard issue. This enables you to view up-to-date status information on all portings. Your helpdesk staff will be able to answer customer questions relating to the progress of their transfer simply by logging onto the PortingXS website.
Every month, customers receive a detailed report on the activities executed by PortingXS. For porting activities, this report contains information about the number of successful and unsuccessful portings and the price per porting.
PortingXS make clear agreements for all of their activities. Following discussions with the client, these agreements are laid down in SLAs. Matters such as performance agreements, delivery speed agreements, planning, reporting, etc., are laid down in the SLAs.
