All telecommunication organizations are different and have their own specific requirements concerning the input and output of their administrative processes. This makes heavy demands on the flexibility with which PortingXS, as a back office organization, manages the process. The client’s needs are leading factors here. Our back-office activities comprise receiving, converting, and sending information between our clients and other telecommunication operators. We make no demands as to how the information is provided nor as to what it looks like. If, for example, you wish to deliver the information to us by courier in Chinese, we will adjust our processes accordingly, even if additional technical solutions are required. If there are no technical solutions, then PortingXS can also process your information manually. And if, after processing, you wish to receive the information and data by e-mail in Arabic, we can do that too.
Experience has taught us that working in a chain does not only make high demands on the flexibility of the chosen process and system solutions; it places even higher demands on the quality and flexibility of the communication and data exchange. Furthermore we spend a lot of time and effort training our staff and setting up and continuously improving our own internal and external information provision processes.
