PortingXS was selected in a competitive tender to provide a mobile number portability solution for Jersey and Guernsey in the Channel Islands. After its selection, PortingXS worked intensively over a seven-month implementation period to make MNP a reality in our jurisdictions. This involved working closely with the three operators and two independent regulators in Jersey and Guernsey through all aspects of product design, testing, and implementation. Through this process, PortingXS created an MNP solution that was appropriate for the small markets of Jersey and Guernsey. The PortingXS team also were a pleasure to work with throughout this process. In the end, because of the combined efforts of PortingXS, the operators and the regulators, consumers across the Channel Islands now enjoy the benefits of MNP and the increased competition in mobile telecommunications that it facilitates
